I have the full video of the altercation I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I genuinely don't understand how this business continues to operate. I even call the police to be present it got to that point the officer said it best he will never spend his own money here The people who identified themselves as management, and who I understand are the owner's children, were completely unprofessional in the way they interacted with customers. Their behavior and appearance gave me the impression that they were not in a condition to be representing a business, which made me feel very uncomfortable. No matter how many renovations or cosmetic improvements are made to this property, a fresh appearance cannot make up for poor management, a lack of professionalism, and an unpleasant customer experience. The way this establishment is run reflects poorly on the business and does not benefit the surrounding community. After my experience, I will never return, and I cannot recommend this car wash to anyone looking for respectful, professional service. I hope the owners take customer concerns seriously and make meaningful changes, because the current level of professiona

I purchased a monthly pass, which was very cheap and for a month I was getting my new car washed. I was happy with the ease of getting in and out but then I started noticing new scratches after car washes, specifically on my rear bumper. I tried calling to speak to someone about this and to cancel my monthly membership and the phone number listed for the business doesn’t answer. I had to go through my credit card in order to cancel the reoccurring charges and needed to pay to have the scratches somewhat fixed. I would give 0 stars and not recommend this business.

They’ve always been an alright car wash. Leave water marks on back window of trucks. I get they have to keep it pushing to get all cars but there’s always plenty of water marks and streaks left over. Sometimes goo from the Soap is left over and easy to spot on dark colored vehicles. Always have to remove it myself. Lately they’ve been using red towels that aren’t being changed out and my goodness there’s always red little fabric being left over all over the car. Essentially after my car wash I have to re dry it myself when I get home and clean it up even more.

Overall, I was disappointed with the way my vehicle looked after visiting this car wash. I am from out of town, and I was looking for a car wash that would get a good chunk of the dirt and bug guts I accumulated during my road trip off the car. I paid for the 2nd from bottom wash package (can't remember the name). By the end of the wash, there was still some soap on my car the final rinse failed to rinse off. The employees who hand-dry the car missed a few spots, and due to the wash itself leaving soap on the car, there is a significant amount of smeared around soap scum left on my vehicle, particularly on the rear passenger side. The vacuums here are free (after purchasing a wash, the signs proclaim), but they barely work, and half of the vacuums were missing the correct attachments. I will say, the price for a wash with a hand dry is pretty good, but if it leaves the car looking the way mine did, I'll just go somewhere more expensive.

I recently visited Fair Lane Car Wash in the west, and I must say, it was a surprisingly great experience! From the moment I pulled in, the staff greeted me with friendly smiles and made the process super easy. I opted for their full wash package, and I was impressed with how thorough they were. The team tackled all the nooks and crannies, and my car looked almost brand new by the time they were done. I especially appreciated that they didn’t rush through it—each step felt like they really cared about the quality of their work. Plus, they used quality products that left my car shining, not just clean. The waiting area was comfortable, and I didn’t mind spending a little time there while they worked their magic. It was nice to have a place to sit and relax instead of just watching them. Overall, I left with a clean car and a big smile. If you're in the area and need a wash, I’d definitely recommend checking out Fair Lane Car Wash!
